1) You may have typed in the list窶冱 name incorrectly in the
Change Lists window. Remember, if ListMeister doesn窶冲
file the list you specify, it starts a new one.
2) The list may be improperly located. The list folders
must be in the 窶炉iles窶 folder which must reside in the
same folder as the ListMeister application.
3) The list窶冱 index file may be damaged. Use the Clean Up
function in the File Maintenance window to rebuild the
index. See the 'File Maintenance and Utilities'
chapter.
窶弋he EDIT button is 窶枠reyed out窶 in the Main window.窶
You must first select an item from the list to edit. Do this by (from the Main window) placing the pointer anywhere on the line containing the list item you wish to edit and clicking.
窶廬 get an error when attempting an Import.窶
The file you wish to import must be named 窶露temsIn窶 and be located in the same folder as the ListMeister application. The format must be tab-delimited ASCII or the results will be, as they say, unpredictable.
窶廴y export file, ItemsOut, is empty.窶
The export function only exports list items marked done.
窶廰istMeister can窶冲 seem to keep time.窶
The only way the time gets updated is when you activate (click on) something on the main window.
窶廬窶冦 getting an error dialog that mentions error codes and failure codes.窶
1) You may be experiencing some file related problems.
Make sure that your lists are in the right place. See
above 窶廴y list items don窶冲 show up.窶
2) You may be experiencing one of those wonderful moments
when the cosmos just aren窶冲 lined up correctly in your
Mac窶冱 memory. Restart your computer and try again.
3) Viruses?
4) Your ListMeister application may be corrupted. Make
note of the Error Code, Failure Code and what you were
